Hello and thank you for your interest in trusting CP Training with your fitness journey!
My name is Chris, I’ve been a one-on-one fitness coach for close to a decade, making it my personal mission to transform as many lives as possible.
My method for these transformations is not solely focused on the body. I get immense satisfaction in transforming you from being someone who hates working out and views it only as a means to an end, into someone who views fitness as a skill/hobby/lifestyle that you strive to improve at and get your own satisfaction from. Once you reach this point, the possibilities are endless.
I believe in blending this new journey into your current lifestyle. No all-or-nothing viewpoints, no “go as hard as possible every day” mentality. Just a level-headed, straightforward, and structured progression to the body and mindset that you’ve always wanted. The majority of people who start working out and quit do so because they get burned out. Don’t let this be you! Let the journey fulfill you, not a fixation on the end goal. Get stronger, Look better, and ultimately HAVE FUN.

Why should I hire Chris as my fitness coach?Hiring a personal coach takes the thinking out of your workouts. You're not JUST getting CP Training in the gym or online for the hour session. You’re hiring Chris as a personal health advisor to create exercise and diet plans based on your needs and wants. You no longer need to research or guess what might work for your body.

What is a typical hour-long session like?Depending on your goals, history in the gym, and injuries, meeting with Chris can vary greatly. CP Training's sessions are individualized based on your specific needs and goals. Unless there’s an injury, you’ll rarely repeat the same movement during your 60-minute sessions. You can expect an appropriately challenging, varied workout that will improve your balance of strength and flexibility. You’ll also utilize a wide variety of equipment and body movements to achieve your goals. All movements and results are recorded and analyzed to improve the efficiency of your workouts. While you exercise, Chris discusses nutrition, any challenges you face, and exercise beyond your session.
