1) A CUSTOM BUILT WORKOUT PROGRAM

  • Based on your goals, your experience level, and the gym equipment available to you. 

  • Track your workouts directly in the app and follow along with available video demonstrations of every exercise in your program.

  • Programs modified every week based on your prior week’s performance and difficulty rating. 

  • Have peace in mind knowing that I will progress your workouts for you in a slow and steady manner.

  • Workouts will always be challenging, but not overly so (except once in awhile)!

2) CUSTOM NUTRITIONAL COACHING

  • Calorie and macronutrient targets based on your individual body composition goals.

  • Track your weight and body metrics in the app so I can follow along with your progress.

  • Nutritional plans modified as needed based on body composition progress and performance.

3) ON-DEMAND VIDEO FORM CHECK-INS

  • One of the primary benefits of having a trainer is making sure your form is both safe and efficient, and I want you to never have any uncertainty. Send videos via the in-app messenger and receive critiques.
